THE ESTATE CARE ORGANIZER PROCESS

  • Through one-on-one consultations, clients or adult children of seniors will determine what level of estate care organization they want to complete.
  • A personalized service and confidentially agreement will be prepared. After a deposit, work will begin to gather, organize, and document your estate and care information.
  • Clients will review and discuss the final package for completeness as well as options for securing the information before final payment is made.

ESTATE ESSENTIALS

Includes key information necessary for an executor, administrator or designated person to finalize an estate.

DID YOU KNOW?
Financial dollar amounts for assets or debts are not needed for the Estate Care Organizer.  Why?  Because the only dollar amounts required to finalize an estate are those as of the date of death.

CARE ESSENTIALS

Includes key information needed to care for your household, pets and dependents during a time of accident, illness or an extended time away from home. Client’s detailed medical and health history can be included.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE OPTIONS

Family medical history, long term care income and expense proforma, medication tracking, detailed personal property inventory, family memories and traditions and annual updates can be provided at an hourly rate.

  • USB Drive/password protected files that can be provided to loved ones or other designated individuals
